Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account: your mobile number (used for OTP login) and, if you provide it, your email address.

Orders: shipping name, address, phone, email, and your order history.

Designs: images you upload or generate, and design metadata, stored so your work and purchases keep functioning.

Technical: standard logs (IP address, device/browser info) used for security and debugging. We use localStorage to keep you signed in and remember preferences like your theme.

2. What we never collect

Payment credentials. Cards, UPI handles, and bank details go directly to Razorpay, our payment processor — they never touch our servers.

3. How we use your data

To operate the service: authenticate you, process and deliver orders, credit creator commissions, and provide support.

To send transactional messages (OTPs, order updates). We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing without your consent.

4. Third parties that process data for us

Razorpay (payments), Cloudinary (image hosting for designs and product images), OpenAI (only the text prompts you submit for AI image generation), and our SMS provider (OTP delivery). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

5. Retention and deletion

Order records are retained as required by Indian tax law. You can request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing support@inkwear.org; we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
